Not trying to highjack...
I have an 01 and I have a squeek when I turn the AC on when not moving. If I turn it on when I am moving, there is no squeal. Does this have anything to do with the bearing, or is it just that the belt needs to be tightened/loosened?

On an 01, the castle nut is 19mm and the axle-side bolt is 15mm.

Both of mine are like that...So far I haven't had a bulb burn out faster b/c of it. I just leave it. I may be in the market for some clear ones so hopefully that will solve the problem...its on 01
