looks like your rear main seal. i've never changed one with the motor in the jeep but i think you need to unbolt tranny to get oil pan off. you may have to take your exhust off too.

I just put a Rusty's 8 in. lift on mine and it pulled the e-brake cables too tight and locked my brakes. Check your e-brake cables to see if they have any slack or if they are pulled tight. You can use a cable off a YJ (or maybe a TJ). I think its the passenger side one that is longer.

its a female torx. I use a racheting torx wrenck that I heated up to bend the handle so I could reach it from the engine compartment.
