The first problem is the 10w30 oil. A common recommendation is Rotella T6 5w40. The 4.0 holds 6 quarts of oil. I would recommed installing a new oil pressure sender and change oil and a Wix filter.

At least in the Dana 35, the cross bolt has a 1/4" 12 point head.

Jack up the front axle and check for ball joint wear.

With 33s and 3.55 it would cause you to be running a low RPM. Re-gearing to a 4.56 with 33s will raise the engine RPM higher than you currently run.

I have DBA ceramic pads and T3 4000 series rotors front and rear ordered from Summit Racing for my XJ with rear ZJ disks. These are great performing brakes but they are pricey.
