    Yes, save the headache, get a new converter. When I could not pass NOX , I changed everything from the plugs, wires, cap and rotor, oil, coolant, air filter, fuel filter, and ccv. Seafoam twice, even tried that pass in a bottle stuff and unplugging coolant temp sensor. NOX still around 1900...
