check the wheel hub/bearings. jack up and pull in and out any play replace.

did u take out the shift fork during install? might have that miss aligned. sounds like ure issue. does clicking happen all the time 2wd and 4wd? details?

it should be ok. just be careful. could also drill into the seal and screw in a screw and pull it out. this has helped me in rear main seals.

it probly will fit but wont work. as the one for the front axle has threaded bolt holes and the one for the tcase is just holes that the bolts go threw. take it off and inspect. if it will fit just drill out the threads. uve got the part there so might as well see. ive heard these are 100 to replace

did mine just fine with that kit no special jeep adapters. i did have to use a socket for a press attachment 1 time. suggest removing top first as it is easier to get the lower one with it out.

adjust the steering box? or a bad box in that spot of the gear.

um. like how far the ball joint sticks out? what does the paper say?

looks easy enough, on driverside by the driveshaft unplug unscrew and replace, done.

sounds like a ground issue somewhere near the rear.

use different holes. the point is to get the hose closer to the wheel so when it flexs it doesn't rip out
