The 4 year old radiator in my XJ decided to split a tank yesterday. Being in a hurry and Autozone having one in stock, I purchased a Duralast (Spectra really) A1193. Got the old radiator out and laid them side by side and noticed a very bad design flaw in the Spectra -
The trans cooler is...

The bubble-J that I owned for a few months had all kinds of little issues due to cheap quality crap. Do not push too hard when you turn on the courtesy lights or the switches will explode into pieces.
Good luck with the blend doors.
3rd light is LED. That was the first place I installed a ZEVO to see how bright it was.
I believe the issue is more due to the fact that current can't go back through the ZEVO units. The system seems to act the same if the ZEVO is installed or no light at all is installed. Yes, the resistor...
In playing around with my lights over the weekend, I found that simply replacing 1 (driver's side) tail/brake light with an incandescent bulb makes everything work properly. I need to dig up a schematic for the tail/brake and turn signal circuits. I'm not really wanting to run a load equalizer...
I've seen dyno results that show everything from a 10hp gain to a 10hp loss with that swap. Someday when we get our Jeepspeed engine on the dyno, I want to compare them. Personally I would not do it without a lot of match-porting on the intake and head because the ports are very different size...
Yeah, I wouldn't trust bolting that thing to a standard garage slab. Every lift that I have seen professionally installed does it the way you described with a deep footer.
Turns out that I have some funkyness too. When I tested, I had my parking lights on so I really didn't notice.
Turn signal (either direction) also causes BOTH brake lights to flash with them. Turn signal on other side with also flash for a split second. All my flashing is normal speed...
You have to be VERY careful with camshaft selection on these. They are very sensitive and it is extremely easy to kill your low end power with too big of a cam or something that doesn't have the correct lobe centers. IMHO, there is much more to be gained with a mild head port than with a cam...
Your stock throttle body will still handle that. Heck, the stock throttle body isn't even a restriction on our race motor.
That being said, that TB has a mechanical adjustment on it. Crank it down just until the idle doesn't drop any more.
