There's not alot of difference between an xj and zj. It is not an aw4. It's 2wd, but thats what she wanted.

my wifes 97 zj has a code p0751 overdrive code and shifts funny. i know there have been several problems with the shift solenoids in the electronic trannies. does anyone have any info on this or know of anything I can check or test? please help she wants to drive her jeep. I have already...

first check coolant reservoir, heater hoses to heater core. You really need to trace the leak up to the source because it could leak anywhere and still run off the oil pan. It is not leaking inside the tranny. Good luck.

I have got a Ramsey rep 8000 for a 100 bucks and i need solenoids and cable. Does anyone know a good place to get this stuff at a reasonable price?

I have an 84 jag with factory fuel cooler and you could adapt the fuel cooler pretty easy.

Spending about a grand on a stereo system before i started wheeling. Could have got a long arm setup instead of riding like a dump truck. Loudest Jeep in town though.

Cut em move em up. I used nylon rivets instead of bolts. They hold tight and are easy to take off.

I took it down to bare metal and if it's homemade it the best work I've ever seen. The center section is capped at both ends, I was thinking about turning it into an air tank.

I got this off my 100 dollar parts jeep. Anyone seen one of these or know who made it? I stripped it down and painted it and I guarantee it's not homemade. This thing weighs about 200 lbs. Rock solid corner protection.
