Did you change it personally or did your "trusted mechanic" do it? gear oil might protect better but won't let the T-case shift effectively.

I believe you can use most parts from 97+.

I just got a box full of the large super rides today. They come with a milled sleeve ( 2 1/4" x ~.065, hour glass on the interior) that works with the bushing. This sleeve should, I believe, be used with a more substantial tube to build a link end. Dave
