Most college students are tight when it comes to cash, you better have them pay you in advance so that when they can't pay the next due, you can tell them to find other place where they can live for free.

I had a good laugh but if I have a daughter, I wouldn't put her on a school like that. You should take a tour of the school facilities before you decide to enroll.
