    They stopped making Cherokee's in 01. Or do you mean a flexplate from a 999 in a TJ? My understanding is that the Converters don't match up.

    What are the definate years that the flex plates are different in the AW4's? I know the Renix stuff in 91 and older don't match with 92 and newer....but is there another break later on? My 92 AW4 is in an 03 TJ (sorry to bring this to you guys but you know this tranny better than anyone...

    Dropping an aw4 into a *gasp* TJ, what flexplate?

    Did you get this working? I'm having problems with an AW4 I've put in my TJ also. It'll start and run. But lacks power and smells rich.
