Screw beating them upside the head, theives need to be shot in the face. i hate theives. they seem to always hit my xj over anybody elses car and it sucks.

Definatly check cps, on mine almost all no-starts have been caused by a cps going out, i guess i have really bad luck when it comes to those things.

Yes they could take out a yoke if they grenaded.

Most definetly replace u joint dont want that work to go to waste, plus its cheaper to replace a u-joint than driveshaft.

Hi there this is my first post. Mine did the same thing and it was the crank shaft position sensor. oh by the way mines a 95 stick if that makes any difference. Good luck! also on jeep speed theres a method described for reading codes, dont know if it works never used it.
