I work at a local fab shop and we get most of our stuff from georgia steel, IMS, or chatham. and I can do tube bending at my shop in conyers/covington area if you still need it.

Ive made several sets of longarms for some guys in the local clubs and found that this joint work really well http://kore4x4customs.com/asccustompages/products.asp?productid=46 and as far as making them adjustable this set up is awsome...

I make them also, like someone said, they arent that hard if you have decent welding/fab skills, these are 2" 1/4" wall DOM with summit flex joints on both ends and made for a 4.5" lift. they are taken apart cause they were just painted

Well you are kinda buying things twice there with the sway bar end links and the disconnects. Also you might not need a new shackle if you get a new leaf pack because they usually give more than advertised. The RE pitman arm doesnt give that much drop for the price, you can find them cheaper...
