Rockwork Orange **DirtRiot XJ build thread**

Alright guys & girls...I am in the process of purchasing a house and am liquidating some of my assets including {cry} my XJ project. SO if anyone is interested I will let her go for the LOW price of $2000. This includes a long list of parts that will go with the Jeep including a spare motor...

Install q's for terminator EFI in a 350 cherokee

Fuel psi reg. needs to be manifold referenced. The port on the throttle body may be full manifold vacuum or ported. Hook a vacuum gauge to the port on the TB, if it reads full vacuum at idle then you are good to go. If it reads low vacuum at idle but increases as you raise rpm's that's...

unbearably bouncy ride after IRO 3" lift

X47 on the shackle relo brackets. If you do sport for new shackles and your end game is ride quality I would look for a shackle with RUBBER bushings, not urethane. I'm not knocking urethane...I love the shit but it does ride a bit rougher.

91 XJ push button start issues

After thinking a bit the only logical reason to ground those 2 wires in the start position is to turn the warning lights on for the system check during startup. Ya know when you start the Jeep and your instrument panel warning lights come on. Again this is speculation.

91 XJ push button start issues

Ok so the wiring schematic I'm looking at is for a 1991 XJ 4x4 4.0l Everything you have wired looks to be correct except for the 2 smaller wires, grey/white stripe and violet/yellow stripe the grey/white wire runs to your emergency brake switch circuit the violet/yellow wire runs to your...

There is no gear on the output of the 241OR to drive a speedo cable. Electronic pickup only.

    RADesigns Products-Mellow Yellow

Your thread is making me realize how badly I need a CNC mill...If my wife gets pissed when I bring one home I'm blaming you. Ohh yeah I need one of your modded winters shifters too :P she's gonna really hate you. Great build so far bud.

Rockwork Orange **DirtRiot XJ build thread**

Has anyone here used Raceline/allied/eaton all steel beadlocks? At around $165 per wheel they seem like a great deal. I have been unable to google a decent review though. Any input is appreciated.

    New Speedo, old Jeep

Time for some Autometer gauges buddy. A non renix cluster will not work with a renix system. Last renix to HO swap I did involved swapping the entire wiring harness/cluster/column etc....waaaay to much work and I would never do it again lol. Lots of good electronic speedo options out there...

91 XJ push button start issues

Did you actually take a look at who wrote that thread? Did you see his Jeep? The only good advice that guy might have to offer is how to sneak up on a goat proper.... As for your wiring issue it's impossible to say whats wrong without a picture of how you have it wired up. Post one up and...

    First build and need assistance

Listen to the advice given here. Your engineer friend may be a car guy...but he's obviously not a Cherokee guy. Shackle angle adjustment is needed anytime you put on longer shackles & or most rear lift springs. As noted before somewhere around a 45 degree angle is about right. Does everyone...
