I think due to lack of interest in the rig by myself and any potential buyers, I'm going to start parting it out next week sometime. I'll start a new thread when I get it organized.

I like 3/16. There is a lot of flat area on the bottom that could easily dent if it's 1/8, but I think it wouldn't bend so much that it would hurt anything. If you wanted to use 1/8" and plate the bottom with another strip of 1/8" plate I think it would work real good.

Yes, shafts and bearings are included. Pinion bearing is fine. This was in my jeep until a couple weeks ago. I have the 4.88s in and need to part with this to fund gears for the rear. I am in Alton, il. 62002.

I have a high pinion Dana 30 front axle from my '98 Cherokee. It has 4.10:1 gears, an Aussie Locker, lower control arm skids, and driver side tie rod flip.

Well, I designed them for my bumper, which is not a winch bumper, and I wanted it high and tight. The length of these doesn't really limit the bumper to that, you just have to build from them.
Here's a pic, of course now I have a brush guard, tied into my exo.
Measured when I got home, and they stick out 3 1/2" from the grill.
