My son is going to build a teardrop trailer, this will give him a lot of good ideas. But I doubt it will turn out this nice.

    Pictures from Moab

What a good job you guys did on the pics and videos, I wish I didn't have to bail on 7mile rim. It looks like you had a good run.

    Naxja people

We have always gone on trails by ourselves, or maybe with just one other vehicle. Never in large groups like this. But after meeting quite a few naxja members I have to say you folks are some of the nicest people I've ever met. And if anyone comes back to Moab give me a call, if I'm home, I...

    MOAB newbie

It's important for newcomers to Moab to know and not trample the cryptobiotic soil. We've been out hiking and seen boy scouts throwing frisbees around and running all over the crypto. This is not cool, I'm not saying you would do it, but it's something to be aware of. O.K. I'll get off my...

If you bring dogs, don't do like some people and let them run loose on the cryptobiotic soil. There is a dog park in town, that you can let them run around in, it is fenced off, but you can't just leave them there alone though.

From what I understand you can get the stronger beers only in cans or bottles, the beers on tap are lower alcohol. But I'm going there today to buy some, so I'll ask. And they now make vodka and gin. But you're right, I want Moab all to myself, we've lived here almost 30 years, and I can't...

    MOAB newbie

If there's any water left in the Colorado river you can go on a rafting trip. But the water level is extremely low, so not much whitewater. There is always sightseeing, a zip line, helicopter tours, old indian ruins, and petrogylphs, I do recommend going to the national parks, Arches and...

When do we need to sign up for specific trails, ahead of time, or during the event?

Everyone should bring beer and lots of it, even if you don't drink! But you'll make friends with it. Unless you enjoy our local beer flavored water. (the 3.2 swill)
