Started working on the Climate control box in the Comanche today. Is it just me, or is an open-cell, hygroscopic foam a bad thing to line the inside with?

I think the pre-87 used a different latch assembly, since they changed the core support in 87 to clear the 4.0. I could be wrong though.

The warning lights themselves are not an item of inspection, but the fall under the turn signal category, so it would be up to the inspector. The "beam indicator" is the light on the dash that lets you know the high beams are on.
