    ARB bullbar install

I did some looking on ARB USA's website and found the install instructions for the 97-01 XJ's and it does indeed show a different bracket: http://store.arbusa.com/Assets/PDF/3450080i.pdf I have no idea why the bracket is different unless there was some accessory that got moved or they needed...

    ARB bullbar install

If you can forgive the mess and the miscellaneous parts, these are the mounts that came with my ARB for my 91: It sounds like you're missing some parts.

    need oba thread

Unfortunately the pictures no longer show in my writeup I did a while back , but here is a link: http://www.naxja.org/forum/showthread.php?t=994978 I did not remove the core from inside the cab, but I did remove the condenser from in front of the radiator (figured it would help with cooling)...

Looking for a better mounting system for my roof basket

It won't really help getting it any lower, but from a "secure" standpoint your best bet would be to purchase either a Yakima or Thule base rack system to mount the basket to. One of the biggest issues with the factory bars is that they simply are not rigid enough. Either of the main aftermarket...

Issue with ZJ disc to 44 swap

I ran into the same problem when I put ZJ discs on my XJ D44. I chose to (because I had access to a large lathe) turn down the hub on the axle shaft to match the rotor so that in the future I didn't have to modify the next set of rotors.

    Rola Roof rack question

I wouldn't have a problem with that basket, but I would not recommend using it with the factory cross bars that are used on the XJ’s. The cross bars may be rated and capable of carrying that kind of load, but they are extremely flexible and I don’t like anything of any weight on my roof to be...

Axles, Tires, Wheels, Lift, Rock Rails

Total suspension lift I would put right around 3", total ground clearance gain with the lift and 31" tires is probably around 4.5-5." As mentioned in the description, I was able to use 31" tires on the factory wheels with minor trimming on the front fenders.

Axles, Tires, Wheels, Lift, Rock Rails

Updates I am lowering the price on the OME lift to $200 because I found out that one of the bolts was seized in the shackle. I have cut the bolt out, but that killed the bushing. A new set of poly bushings is ~$50 which would be in the buyer's best interest anyways. Additionally, while working...

Axles, Tires, Wheels, Lift, Rock Rails

A quick update, I found 2 additional center caps for the factory XJ wheels, so now all wheels come with a center cap. I am willing to entertain offers if anyone is interested in any of my items.
