i have 31s as well and an arb......honestly i think if i were going to buy a new bumper i would not get the same bumper again. for the money i believe you can get a better bumper. one of the main reasons is the mounting design. it just uses the 3 stock bumper bolts and IMHO that is not enough...

ya i know there is two depending on year.....kinda why i am curious what the cfm is of each because i am debating buying an oem newer style with the 8 blades over my current 6 or spending a little extra and purchasing an aftermarket. perma cool seems to make one of the highest cfm for a 12"...

after searching through about 6 pages on electric fans i couldnt find what i needed so... hey im thinking of replacing my stock electric auxiliary fan with an aftermarket and trying to find out what the cfm is on the stock one. anyone know a good replacement.....i will still be using a clutch...

yep i also bent mine over, bent it towards the motor....then i used some bondo on the sharp edge and then sprayed with undercoating.....its holding up great with no sharp spots whatsoever

i also have 3" and 31s and with out sway bars front and rear mine used to rub really really bad too.....on the front i removed the flare, trimmed the metal, and remounted the flare higher up. its all the way to the 'crease or fold' in the fender... in the rear i cut the flare even with where...

well to answer a few questions: how is it in traffic? usually around 210 or so, but thats usually, unless its for any extended period of time... ideling? honestly ive never left it ideling long enough to watch. ive had it idle and get to 215 or so but never kept it going. i think i will go...
