    Expedition Build ?s

Any 15 tire over 29" tall is gonna be an LT. And there are many more tires available in 285/75/16 (which are all LTs or at least have a 116 load index) than 33X10.50-15. Some 33s are shorter than even a 265/75/16.

Do Chrysler 8.25 diff need friction modifier ? ?

If you have a limited slip, when you jack up the truck from the diff, the wheels should turn the same way if you're in neutral, or only turn about 10 degrees or less and stop if in park. Plus when you pull the cover, there will be clutch packs just outside of the carrier bearings on both sides...

    oil pressure issue

Yes, you should def check the oil pressure to verify. But I would say its prob the oil sending unit. Go to the dealership, do not buy aftermarket. I have fixed MANY of chrysler products by replacing the sending unit with OE parts. A lot of the time, they had just replaced it with a junko...

    leaking radiator cap

I would definitely replace the cap. Its cheap insurance against overheating. But while you have the cap off, I would put a cooling system pressure tester on the radiator. Don't pump it up, just put it on. Start the engine and let it get to operating temp. Rev the engine to 2500 rpm or so...

    wheel and tire question

You really only have two options in 16" wheels for your Jeep. Either 16x8 with a medium or standard offset (0 to +15-which will work), or 16x10 with a deep reverse offest (-25 to -44). The problem is, 265's on 10" wheels and medium offest 8" wheels look gay on lifted jeeps! The 10" wheels are...

    Installed Zj Steering

If you are gonna spend that much on stock replacement parts, why not just make your own steering? DOM and heim joints aren't that high, and WAY stronger than even "swedged" drag link/toe bars...

    Cooling System Problems...please explain?

You could have a blown head gasket or cracked block, but get a second opinion. I worked for BFS for 4 years, and not all their employees know how to use the "block checker" appropriately...

Dakota or S-10's for a bastard pack

Hell yeah! Dakota bastards unite! J/K, but you can add remove leafs from the Dakota pack once you have the main cut and the jeep apart. I put them all in and put the tires back on and bounced on the bumper and ended up taking the second leaf down out and using 1/2 ton chevy shackles upside...

    On board air question

That is true. I have had air bagged rides with both engine and electric driven compressors. Electric is about 3 times slower (with one compressor). I just keep mine aired up all the time, once my tank is full, airing up tires is no problem...but air tools I haven't tried yet...Plus I picked up...

    On board air question

Why not just use an electric compressor? I am in to car stereo and wanted to have a welder onboard, so I already had two batteries and heavy gauge wire to the rear, so I guess it was just easy for me...

I have a stupid question thats needs answering.

About the stripped bolt head, it's actually really easy to remove the whole nuckle once the brakes and axle are out of the way...Just remove the two cotter keys and castle nuts and give 'er a little love tap with the MFAT (Maximum Force Adjusting Tool). Once the knuckle is off, you can either...
