are you looking for the turbine type wheels that came factory on the 84+ XJ's or are you looking for the real turbine style?

Not sure about other states, but in IL it's against policy to give out that information. Unless you know someone on your local police force that may do you the favor, I would try the DMV. Even then I'm not sure what all they can supply you with.
