How do I hook up a trailer brake controller in my 2001 cherokee. I have the towing package with a 7 pin connecter on the hitch.

Best year to purchase: Already searched

Many people make this mistake because they dont understand the fact that the computer diagnotics on a vehicle is only meant to be a starting point and give an idea of whats wrong, not tell you exactly what part is broken.

airsoft BB's or other alternate tire balancing methods

Sweet! I also have 265/75R16s and have just purchased a jar of .2gm Crosman bbs, but I haven't put them in yet. I will have enough for 7oz per tire. Your comments have lifted my spirits and I am optomistic that the bbs will work now.

Airsoft BB's, for tire balance, REPORT

Has anyone ever mentioned whether they thought the .12g or the .20g ones work better. I read on the dynabeads website that the heavier each bead is the better they work. So that lead me to purchase the .20g ones. I got 5000 of them at Kmart for 15 dollars. That works out to 35 ounces. If I...

Airsoft BB's, for tire balance, REPORT

I am going to try this airsoft thing in the next couple days. When you say it was good up to about 75mph does that mean it had a vibration above 75 or was that the highest speed you tested them at. I am doing this for 32x11.50's and I think I will put 8oz in each tire.

    Legalize marijuana

I completely disagree. If it were legalized it would make it harder to come by for those under the legal age. Just like alcohol is now. I can get a hold a a bag of weed 10 times easier than I can get a six pack. I think that if it was legalized it would make it harder for those under 18 or...

    burnout

Like I said, not the easiest method. And besides I'm not talking about doing this as a daily thing. I just meant if you wanted to do it once for a picture or somthing or if you had to remove the rear brake line for some reason then why not have little fun with it.

    burnout

And another thing. What is there to actually go wrong? I mean if the engine starts to overcome the front brakes and you start inching forward then big deal just let off the gas.

    burnout

Whats irresponsible about it. It works perfectly. Like I said I've done it a few times. There is nothing unsafe about it. Thats what the brake system was designed to do. Its split so if one side has a leak in a line the other side will still function. And I'd say that since it was designed...

    burnout

Here is my procedure for doing a sweet burnout. 1. Unhook rear brake line at the block on the axle. 2. Pump the brake pedal and push out all the fluid in the rear line into some container. 3. Now get in and start the engine and hold down the break pedal. 4. Now mash down on the gas pedal...

looking for agressive A/T in 265x75x16 in C load rating

Dick Cepek Radial F-C II. But I think they are D or E load rating. Don't know if that makes a difference to you. I am running them right now and I am very satisfied. They have about 7,000 miles on them and are wearing very good.

    Dana 44 price ?

Once again guys sorry for the misconception. The junkyard isnt in west virginia. That is where I'm from but I'm currently in Tennesee going to college. Maybe I will try to scrape the money together for it.

    Dana 44 price ?

Oh no I didnt mean completely bare. It's an XJ dana 44 under an 87 at a local junkyard. But someone has already taken the axle shafts and brake hardware from it, and I just said without gears beacause I'd have to replace them anyway to match the my front axle.(Pretty sure the carrier is...
