ok iam planing on doing a four link on my 2dr xj but i was wondering about link bar lengths and angles and also what size tubing u guys like to use. pictures would be great iam just kinda confused on how long the link bars should be

well i didnt need threaded insearts i just milled out the tubing to a 2.5" radius then tigged a jonny joint in there. and ya i kno i dont have any adjustabily but if its messured rite shoudlnt need any

yea ive made a few shafts before but not to deal with that much flex i duno if i would beable to find a 1 ton cv shaft from some sort of a truck or somthing. iam pretty good with a welder so thats not worrying me i just dont kno what to make one out of (joint wise)

well iam doin a four link on my 85xj and i have a nine inch goin for like 9" or so of lift, the catch is i have a 302 c6 and 205. so i was wondering what all u four link guys recomend for a driveshaft, i kno i can go to highangle and get one but if i can make one or somthing that would be alot...

i used 2x2 .250 for my extended radius arms and jonny joints and i dont see those bending easily i havent yet wheeled it so i geuss ill see
