AW4 and NP 242 weight

Does anybody know how much the combined weight of the AW4 NP 242 is? I am getting ready to pull them to replace my cracked flexplate and need to know if a 400 pound tranny jack will do the job.
 
I can lift and carry either one with no problem and I am not the HULK. NP-242 is about 70 lbs. The AW-4 is about 100 lbs.

may i suggest taking the Tcase off first then the tranny
 
I thought of that, but I don't want to create more work than I have to. I just need it back far enough to get to the flexplate.
 
I made a brace to slide under the frame and bolt on so I could slide the trans back enough to do a clutch or flexplate. (My son has it up in Canada now)
 
Update: Went and bought a tranny jack adapter for my floor jack, and it worked great! But it turns out that the crack in my flexplate is not a crack after all (makes ya feel real smart don't it) So now the question is, what is making that knocking noise in the bell housing? Could it be that my flexplate is warped? How do I tell if the torque converter, or trans pump, or something else is the problem? Any help is greatly appreciated.
