So what all needs to be done to get your rigs ready to wheel?

My list:

install Aussie locker
fuel tank skid
replace front floor
upgrade D30 maybe with some better shafts
install roof rack
replace heater core

I'm sure that isn't all.

The trail rig didn't have A/C so I built another one.:D:roflmao:

No, that's not it, really.... I gave up my tow rig so I had no way to haul the trail rig. So.....the trail rig donated some parts to the weekend warrior and the new trail rig was born but this one is drivable to and from the trails. Outside of the cage, it should be just as capable if not more so than the other one plus it has A/C and a radio!!:)

My true trail rig is as Doug stated, for now. It actually has a 2WD axle in the front and a soon to be 35 in the rear.

so your building a teenage proof xj? caged for the young rollover driver in us all... 2wd to keep from pesky mudhole adventures... and a 35 to prevent hard unruly acceleration, as this may cause axle explosion and loss of driving priveleges.... i think you should let jackie drive it ;)

...... dont tell her i said that she'll prob get pissed at me next time i see her

Haha, and you guys thought you had it rough... I have to build my whole rig before then!!! Fortunately, it is coming along very nicely and I should have it done in time, as long as the ORIs are ready at the beginning of June. However, Brent is coming to the crawl too, and he is also getting Front and rear axle swaps and ORIs, so I have 2 vehicles to finish in less than a month. Luckily, I can pretty much finish the buggy without the struts... I'll just have to mount them and paint it to finish it, but Brents will require quite a bit more since he drives his... it can't be torn down just sitting on blocks waiting on the Struts. So much work, so little time to do it in.

I have to get my CB figured out cause its acting dumb. Got my motor built and broke it. Maybe new tires before then too. Might ditch the doors and chop/dove tail it if I'm feeling froggy

heads gettin tore apart and magnafluxed on mon..... i think its cracked.... we'll get there with stroker in jeep, just not as easily as i thought....

I didn't break anything today but pleanty of things to fix b4 Harlan......Good times.
