I got a cover from my 93. Fits 225/75/15, Gray. The link didnt work for me so I dont know if mine is what you want. It doesnt have rings, just elastic around the edges. E-mail me if interested. [email protected]

i've got the stock gray one out of my '01, but i don't think it has the rings...

i've never seen rings on the spare tire cover before which makes me wonder if that one you cite was modified? get some elastic and the clips from a backpacking store (EMS, REI).
