Tight spot on my steering

I have a tight spot in my project MJ's steering.
I thought it was in the axle, but I disconnected the drag link from the pitman arm and it's still has a TIGHT spot, feels like it sticks for a second.

Would this be something in the steering box? OR in the steering column?

Try putting some wd40 on the u-joint on the sterring column.
