I know we will all start a thread next year when the time comes...but I wonder how much our wish lists will change between now and then?

1) new driver front spring (MUST)
2) front locker (spool actually MUST)
3) winch (want to say MUST...but it's gotta be in budget)
4) 36" TSL's
5) spare front DS
6) spare front axle shafts
7) shorten front shackles about 1" (MUST)
8) steering box brace (MUST)
9) front track bar (my leaves were wiggly this year)
10) replace other trailer axle (not taking any chances) (MUST)
11) make drag link out of DOM/heims (to match tie rod)
12) maybe build rockers out of 2X6

A tow rig....

1) Mine will have a Detroit locker in the 8.8 for next year.
2) Thinking about some sort of long arms.
3) Reworked rear springs - mine sagged a little this year.

You need to get with brian and use his 3 link brackets. I was really impressed with them on his rig...

My wish list is to get the Red Rocket to the Crawl.

I need to secure a ride to the next one. I'll be riding along, I'm going to Colorado next July to wheel so gotta save gas money! Dibs on Tim's passenger seat! :D

Flat high line fenders, flat skid plate, rear locker...

mac 'i too am tired of the rear lsd' gyvr

True trac has yet to let me down

Flexd 'left foot braking' XJ

Re: Re: What I need for next year!

True Trac doesn't make a cool sound when you turn it off. Come to think it, they don't turn off.

Once you go selectable, you never go back.
I have an air locker up front, it's badass! :) I really enjoy limited slip in the rear in winter.

You ever looked inside a true trac? Its like the inside of a watch, too many moving parts in a diff is unsettling to me
