Jeep xj electric fan not working

Guys I’m trying to figure out why my fan isn’t working. I checked the fuse and I have power at the relay. Switched relays and still no power to the fan. Checked the temp sensor and it was ohming out. The engine Was still hot when checking these things. What I am wondering is the harness that is rectangular behind the hvac controls is unhooked. Would this cause the fan to not have power? Was reading something that said the ac will also engage the electric fan for the radiator

It’s a 96 obd2

You'll have to check the FSM for the exact layout for a '96, but the fan is controlled thru the PCM with inputs from the CTS and the AC pressure switch's.

Okay. I bet that harness is apart of it then. I got it to work for the time being. But the fan is shot so gonna have to get order another as well.
