9" axle shaft bearing

Hey guys, does the bearing pictured below need its own separate seal? I checked one out at o'reillys and it is rubber on the end, and they said I won't need to buy a seal because it has it's own. I wanted to double check with you guys before I bought them though.

Also, my 9" still had the older style race still in the housing. Should I be able to pull that out and the new style should fit in there properly I assume (after I press it on to the shaft of course). Thanks.

That is the seal in the picture. Not sure what you mean. Yes, you need the new race.
