I need a couple of non-participating members who can volunteer to help out with the BBQ. The duties would include bringing BBQ's and the needed supplies to Icehouse Resort on the 13th of August and preparing the food for the group.
I also need a volunteer for the Barrett Lake Trail. I need somebody to secure a campsite at the lake on Friday the 11th for the group. Might not be needed, but with the other trails in the area being busy it might be necessary. Someone who knows the trail would be the perfect candidate.
WesternXJ has graciously offered his help, I need a few more people to help.
