It is going to be cool in the mountains this weekend. :sunshine: Just saying:

• Thursday A 20 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms after 11am. Mostly sunny, with a high near 72.
• Thursday Night A slight chance of showers and thunderstorms. Partly cloudy, with a low around 44.
• Friday A slight chance of showers and thunderstorms. Partly sunny, with a high near 69.
• Friday Night A slight chance of showers and thunderstorms. Partly cloudy, with a low around 42.
• Saturday Mostly sunny, with a high near 71.
• Saturday Night Partly cloudy, with a low around 44.
• Sunday Mostly sunny, with a high near 75.

This year also offers a special treat, the Perseid meteor shower. As the Moon will be safely out of the sky during key observation times it could be great viewing. The Moon reaches New phase on August 6th and will be a 32% illuminated around the anticipated peak for the Perseid meteors on August 12th. Also means it will be very dark for the night run. :star:
