Weird shaped rim ya got there......

One of three.
I might not be able to run the upper axle mount getting bar contact at frame.though I've still got a 1/4" ish of factory bracket to remove.
This might be just enough bar is hitting with 1" of shock travel left.

Tomorrow drivers side lower should go faster. Then friday upper. Then test it all apart finish gussetting and welding paint then back together.
lower bar is 31.5"

Foes a horizontal lower arm matter flatter the better. I've been torn slightly arm contact where factory lower mount used to be. Cut the contact away away and plate it back. Or do the easiest thing lower link on axle end.
Sometimes what's easy is best. Link in my upper axle side position measured .4deg link in lower positiin 1.5deg

Just thinking out loud still pretty flat links. Now I can quit thinking and do the other side.

First pic is in lower position 2nd upper. Off course angle is of pic was taken from

Yes arm hit first.

Burned till 1am last night off course not on mine then drove an hour home with heater core puking its guts out in my pickup wtf

Not entirely sure what your point is, yes he has a frame.

His bolting plate wild on the frame helped it click in my head so I bolted plate wild enough to give landing points for lowers and upper off course with secondary crossmember between links.

Its all in the way its looked at wether something is simple or complicated some find things impossible and give up while someone else makes it simple.

I'm torn between welding my brckets to the frame. Most likely will end up welding though because I don't think much strength will be gained by adding a couple bolts. Was half eyeing the 2" hole saw and the frame . Punch some holes weld in dom to bring structure across the sheetmetl frame plate and bolt brackets.. yes I tapped the bolt on the bottom

Both lowers in .
Rachel strap off pickup to position axle straight. Coming out a 1/4" off side to side so I burned it.

Link is cooling

Back to battling shocks. Probably order 12" shocks and run upper into engine bay.

These are 9.1 travel using them as bump stop and to limit travel ;)
12" will be about perfect

This is with just lowers done. Ran out of 9/16 bolts and motivation even with factory upper ride is smoother.
I did do some mock up with brackets and tube on upper also started beating floor in to clear upper link.

I really want to run my upper axle mount link bracket it gives a horizontal link. In the lower im at 2.5 deg on lower link .5 raised

I'm digging how there is zero bind on axle side bushing and tire stays more centered under extremes of compression and extension

Definitely tunning to do. And gusseting on frame side brackets. I could possibly run upper on driver side. I dunno

Just called FOA. they recommended light to medium on compression and medium on rebound settings.
Pair of 12" 2.5 ressys shipped to my door for 390. I didn't quite pull the trigger yet.
Looking into nitrogen stuff probably another couple hundred there.

Tired if my updates yet
1am last night called it quuts.

8" separation at axle 5 frame. Upper and lowers the same length.
I think I do have room for the 2nd Upper ,

No contact though I'm sure starter is scared.

Its the same.

Its half off my truss and infront of the lower link to come out the same. Tonight ill be building a foot too land on at the truss.

Do some gussetting on frame side. Then tear it all apart and burn it.

Though shorter longer or the same I'm not real sure it matters.
Bars are long enough pinion wouldn't hardly change anyways or castor.

Short steep bars yes. Then everything matters alot.

From my research the upper should be at least among if not longer than the lowers... mine are a tad longer fwiw
