What size (as in 30x9.50 or 31x10.50) is a 245/75-16?

Found a set of Rubi 16's with this size tire at a local shop but don;t knwo what size. The shop is 25 m,iles away so I'm not driving down just to measure.

It appears to be a 31 10.50 or close to it.
