This is for MEMBERS or GUESTS OF A MEMBERS who are coming for SURE. Not "I think", "I hope", "I might", or "Next year"

I need to know how many in your vehicle plus about how many in your guest vehicle if you have one.

Remember you HAVE to be a MEMBER or a GUEST OF A MEMBER to attend Northwest Fest.

Sorry to be a stickler of the By-Laws but that was what I was elected to do.

So PLEASE support NAXJA

by purchasing/renewing your annual membership. And Support your local Northwest Chapter by attending Northwest Fest.

By-Laws said:
All participants shall be defined as an Attendee, either Member or Guest. At no time will any other vehicle be allowed to join any Event. The Trail Master and/or attending Director shall enforce this policy without exception.

Members who choose to bring Guests on an Event are solely responsible for the safety and the behavior of those Guests. Should the Trail Master or any attending Director determine that any Guest is posing a risk to safety, or simply to the enjoyment of the Event itself, that Guest may be asked to leave via host Member escort provided it is deemed safe to do so by the attending ranking Director and/or Trail Master.

Each Member may invite not more than one (1) guest vehicle to attend each Event.

I'll be there with one, maybe two passengers. When will we hear about pricing, and will there be a deal on the membership and the admission like mentioned previously? (I still need my membership)

Just out of curiosity, did it change? I thought it used to be that or being an XJ/MJ owner? Otherwise I better cough up my membership money now that I can finally join

I expect to have prices finalized in a couple of days
And there will be a Event package and one year membership deal. Availible at the event.
I am also working on a pre registration discount.

Dan will be moved out of the country by then, so as it stands now I will be flying solo. Visited with him today and it looks like he might be able to swing out on a run before he leaves, which is next month.

D@mn, I have been harassing Dan for years, but never got to meet him. Why is he moving?

If you need a navigator? I might have a guy out of Federal Way that wants to go but has no Jeep. I already have a full ride.

How do we pre-pay?

Hans,
I will be there with my wife and 3 children.
I will also be bringing my brother (and his wife) as a guest if he has not signed up as a member before hand.

As a seperate note, Scott is a member and he will be there probably with 2 kids.

I wanted to go, but alas I don't have my rig up to req'd spec yet due to some funding issues... at least I have my lift on finally. Hehe. Maybe next year.

xj you dont necessarily have to drive to have fun...ride with someone else, or bring your DD over....i think my passenger seat in my CJ is still open, havent heard anything one way or another
