here is a local wheelers daughter's buggy whoopin de-stabilizer but! (that was the one to the left of v notch i believe) this was last weekend. just thought it was cool...

I saw a couple buggies like that running at the Indianapolis fairgrounds a few years ago. Do you realize how twisted that girls thinking will be as she gets older? She's gonna out wheel any guy she dates!
