I have not seen one online, but the Chiltons manual I have has alot of wiring diagrams in it, IIRC it had the various engine and chassis schmatics for the 86 Cherokee (as well as other years FWIW).

i put new column in my 86 now the parking lights , dash lights & radio all work off the reostat in the light switch. i can dim & turn on & off my parking lights & radio by turning the switch. strange tony
