Aim lights, plan for pictures, figure out what is up with steering, debate brining the rug rats, install poweraid tbi spacer, get mystery rolls developed found in jeep, mount trailer box, get d rings welded on trailer, & start to orginaize camping shit.

install front skidplate, pack stuff, bringing rugrats, and then leave mon july 4th.

Clearance ft driveshaft, make a floorboard, put shocks where shocks don't go, install twin stick, make trackbar mount, try to balance tires, correct steering, respool winch, shoehorn the xj out of the garage, try to find a cheap ft locker or weld the spiders, make a spare pasg side axle shaft. finish the brakes, wire in the linelock, test it, fix what ever goes wrong. and drive to tellico with the hopes that I can actually hit any sort of speed towing a trailer. I think thats all.

fix cooling system on the wifes xj, install tranny cooler on same,

plugs wires oil change on both...

some roll bar padding would be nice.

organize and secure trail gear.

load a million pounds of spare parts/tools

remove 2 plug wires and disable t/c lever on the wifes xj.
fixed it for you.
that's the only way she's not going to show up us guys.

What to do b4 Tellico,

1) Return to US (Currently in China...I now work for a Chinese Company) $1000 us
2) Get Son to get his CJ in one piece (hopefully before I get home) $100 us
3) Get to Tellico to hang out with the NAXJA crowd $Priceless

If Grant doesn't get everything in one piece I might come down to Tellico alone again and look for rides. (Cherokee has a broken ring and pinion in the rear that won't get done in time....ie hoping to take CJ)

Woody, you got any passengers this year? Last year I think you got sick if I remember correctly?

I had sorta promised Keven Patty (1st Sierra Chapter Prez) a ride, but if he doesn't make it, you got a seat with me. I'd offer to put my back seat back in, but both you guys are much too leggy to enjoy that torture chamber....

My b4 list is thankfully short:

1:Install coil spacers, homemade(?) discos, rear AALs, tires & wheels
2: Pack & go

Yea I know me...lol I've Been there before.. just rode through on trail 1 walked up some of the trails rated as moderate...lol If I had at least some rocker guards I would concider running there... but being that my jeep is the only thing I have to drive I would rather not... but I'm sure when I get there I will probably have to try something....lol see you all there

Trail 1-4-6 was "almost" do-able in a stock XJ last Nov, if one ignored the noises coming from underneath.

YMMV come July.

Motorman, you are welcome to ride with me if you
don't mind the company. Wife and kids :rattle: are coming
but they will probably stay at camp.
See You There!

well, lookws lik we won't be making it this year. Lost track of time and planned a trip to Harlen KY the previousweek. You guys need to get out there and check it out. Hope everyone has fun. Mark how long are you staying at Crawfords?
