I purchased a Powertrax No-Slip locker for a Dana 44 Trac-Lok carrier for my MJ and have decided not to pursue the project. It is new in the box, unopened as shipped directly from Richmond Gear.
I have been running one of these in my XJ D35c for several years and have been very pleased... no ratcheting sounds, true differential lockup, and easy installation.
