Had all this done about 2 years ago. As soon as i finished up with some military training i flew home to NY and built it in 9 days and drove it from upstate NY to virginia beach where i am now assigned.

The brakes friggin sucked to do. I didnt have time to weld to the portal box so i made a plate that bolted to the box and another 3/8s plate that bolts to the caliper, then the two bolt to eachother.

It drove pretty well right off the bat. 0* of caster. Up around 50 it started to get unstable so i pulled over and added 3* caster. Its stable as fast as you would want to drive 39s.

with stock springs it sits about 6'4" tall and 82" ish wide outside tire to outside tire
19" under the diff.

Steering was a little hard so i drilled out the fitting with a 1/4 inch drill. Possibly a little to much flow. At 2K rpms i get some cavitation now but not terrible. Im switching to syn fluid and adding a big cooler.

Looks good, You have any more wheeling pic's?

I agree with everyone else on those axles.
