I have a rear disk setup from a 97 Crown Vic. It includes the backing plates with all springs and hardware for e-brakes (missing 2 pins that hold the e-brake shoes on) and calipers with mounting bolts. No pads or shoes or rotors.

If needed I can post pics, but everything appears to be in great shape. I cleaned the backing plates and didn't find any rust on them. All the rubber on the calipers also appears to be in great shape.
These bolted up directly onto my non-c clip D35 and there are alot of write-ups about putting them on a D44. The only thing needed should be the missing pins...if you want e-brakes and axle retaining plates off a Rubi. I checked the local dealer for the plates and they are about $5 each.
