My 88 has the OEM swing tire carrier bumper, and the upper mount on the right back quarter is still there. I am missing the tire rack. If anybody has one please drop me a message. Thanks Russ

I have one that is on an 87 parts truck............I beleive it only mounts to the bumper......not sure about the piece you mention on the 1/4 panel........shoot me an email and I will send you pics..........
