High pitch metal squeal at speed in turns

Pretty sure I noticed this a year ago too but did again after all things, having my earwax cleaned out (damn getting old sucks). But at 40+ mph, turning left I'm hearing a metal-on-metal squeal/grinding noise from what I think is driver front wheel. What should I check?

First thing I would do is jack up the front wheels and spin each of them to see if you can duplicate the noise. Could be something as simple as a brake heat shield slightly warped and causing some noise, or something totally different like a bad bearing or u-joint.
