Can I put a dash from a 92' in my 89'? Anybody know the differences?

Can I put a dash from a 92' in my 89'?

Dash itself should be the same but the electronics are what will be different. 89 is cable driven speedo and the 92 is electronically controlled and other plug differences probably exist between the years.
