I've lost almost ten pounds re-roofing my house.
I think if I switched from Bud-Light in the cooler to Don Julio, I could easily lose 15 more in fluid and ice.

Most folks here don't remove weight to their XJ, they add it. Seems these suckers are too light on the trail, so folks bolt on heavy bumpers, winches, lights, heavy body armor, big heavy tires and just about anything which will increase the weight even a few pounds.

the best way is to get a sawzall and remove everything that doesnt make it go faster.
