Ok, now they work!!
It turned out to be the factory relay in the kick panel. apparently the relay had a corroded connection. inside it. Luckily I had ordered 2 extra relays so I changed out the window relay as well now they work better too  The door locks "SLAM" locked and unlocked now. I played with them for about 15min until I annoyed my wife.
