Warn Manual Hub O Rings

Hi: My Cherokee was converted to Warn Manual Locking Hubs, with 30 spline stub axle back in 2003 by prior owner. The conversion kit was Warn 38109

I want to replace all the Oring seals on the locking hubs, the rest appears fine. I dont see a kit for the Orings only. Does someone know of a kit for this?

has the large orings for around the hub, but does not include the tiny orings that seal each of the small screw heads, although this kit does include the small screws, none of which of mine need replacing, only the Orings.

I cant really help you with the actual Warn parts, but you do have 2 other options. Most o-rings are a standard or at least commonly available size. You can try Harbor Freight or even most auto parts stores for a universal o-ring kit. It will have 30 or 40 different size o-rings from tiny up to about 1.5" diameter. and would be nice to have in the garage anyway. Second you can try an industrial supply like McMaster Carr. I've always just left the O rings out when they get destroyed.

Never had any ill effect.

You could just call Warn, and ask them to send you two seals?
They have EXCELLENT customer service.
