I can’t wait

I bought a 90xj limited black, at first when I bought it I was so excited about having a 4x4 vehicle a friend of mine have a yj and that when I know the capabilities of the jeeps, now I am stock whit this one the rocker rails and some part of the floor is rusted I wanted to put a 5 or 6 lift but and 33, but now I am desesperated, my plans was to sell this one and get a new one like a 98 or 99 but my budget is low because the school, now I don’t know what to do keep this one and put the 33 and 5 lift kit, or wait to save money and get a newer one like 91 and up but don’t know what year to look for and a cheap one I thinking about spending 2500 or 3000 I need your words of wisdom tia.
