All kits purchased using our 4 link rear will now use our gen 3 truss.

We originally used a square truss for all our 4 link suspension systems.

The process of cutting, milling, and welding each piece was very time consuming. When we purchased a tube bender in order to build roll cages, tube chassis buggys, and make our trackbars we decided to also make a new round 4 link axle truss.

This did same time, however our tube bender is not happy being the 2 inch round tubing, and now as production continues to rise, we are looking for another solution.

The gen 3 truss seen above is a 3/16 wall, CNC laser cut, and CNC bent truss which snaps together and then is welded. This saves a lot of time on production, but we still do all the welding in house, which is time consuming because of its design.

We have found a even better way with a laser cutting facility that is able to take a square tube and CNC laser cut holes and notches out of it. This allows us to just make 2 bends, weld those 2 corners, and we have a simple and very strong axle truss.

Prototype of the Gen 4.

Needed a little more room for brakeline distribution block and axle breather tube, so here is revision 2 of Gen 4. This should work perfectly.
