Built 1 ton XJ on 39's

This Jeep has been my baby for the last couple years. I built it from the ground up. Body is a '95, drive train and interior from a rolled '99 w/ 50,000mi. Jeep has been built right and drives good w/ cold A/C. No expense spared. One ton axles are freshly built and have 1 trail ride at Uwharrie, NC. The current mileage on Odometer is 59,000mi. The only thing needed is hydo assit steering.
Will not part out! Don't ask!

Body:
- '95 2 door
- painted in 2008, Solid w/ no damage
- cut front fenders, cut and fold rear fenders, cut and fold rear quarters,
t&t frame stiffeners, TJ flares
- '99 wiring harness and fuse boxes
- '99 plastic gas tank w/ new fuel pump and custom 3/16 skid
- '99 booster w/ New Durango master cyl.
- Rigid Co. winch bumper with M8000 warn winch
- Custom 2"X6" rear bumper w/ wrap around corners, reese receiver
- Square tube rocker guards, I believe Kevin's offroad welded to frame stiffeners
- Steering box frame plate (like C-rok)
- Reinforced rear spring shackle mounts
- Clear title

Interior:
- '99 dash, carpet, console and vinyl seats.
- '95 door panels, and side paneling
- New heater core and evaporator
- Mopar cd player w/ new pioneer speakers

Engine/ trans.
- '99 4.0 liter, 59,000mi, completely resealed w/ head gasket
- New water pump, belt, ignition, t-stat, engine mounts, new hoses
- New 3 core copper radiator
- '99 AW4 59,000mi
- '99 231 w/ 2 low conversion, and Porc SYE
- Tom Woods CV drive shafts front and rear
- 2.5" exhaust, turbo muffler

Front Suspension
- Custom 3 link
- Lowers are 2" X .250 wall DOM, w/ all 4 adjustable ballistic fab joints
- Upper is 1.5" X .250 wall DOM, w/ fixed ballistic joint, and 3/4 hiem
- RE springs, Sky Jacker Nitro shocks
- Custom bar and brackets, 1.5" X .250 wall track bar w/ 7/8 hiems
- Custom trans. cross member with 3 link brackets, 6 bottom bolts,
cross bolted through frame, bolted to floor pan on top mount
- Adjustable bump stops

Rear suspension
- Rusty's 6 in springs w/poly bushings
- Customer rear shackle mounts
- Outboard Sky Jacker Nitro shocks
- Custom 1.5" X .250 wall traction bar with johny joint and shackle at
body mount
- Custom bump stops

Front Axle
- '79 Ford HP60, w/ 5.38 gears, full Detroit locker, stock 35 spline inner,
35 spine outer w/ Warn premium hubs
- New pads, rotors, bearings and seals
- Reid racing knuckles
- Ballistic hi-steer arms, ARP bolts
- T&T truss, coil mounts, and lower link brackets
- Custom upper and track bar brackets
- Solid diff. cover
- Steering is 1 ton Chevy inverted T w/ 1.5 X .250 DOM, factory box

Rear Axle
- 14 bolt Chevy, w/ 5.38 gears, Detroit locker, factory 1.5" shafts
- Disc conversion, New pads, calipers, and braided lines
- T&T U-bolt eliminator spring perches, ruff stuff traction bar mount
- Solid diff. cover, bottom shaved up to bottom bolt

Tires
- 39"x13.50r17 Irok Bias, w/ Hummer H2 aluminum rims
- Tires are 3/4 tread and have some rash


This Jeep performs well and has very few miles since being built. I will regret selling it but my second child is due in a few months. I have decided to make some changes in my life to better my family. I'm currently not looking to part out or trade. Please don't ask at this time. Hmmm, trade for an extended cab ranger... I gots one of those! Haha.
