Can 99' fender flares fit a 95'?

No, the V2 Fender Flares currently available only fit the 97-01 XJ. We looked at doing a combined design but there were too many compromises. So, sometime in June, V2 Fender Flares for the 84-96 4 Door XJ will hit the market! Keep an eye out here for the announcement!
